At the Singapore Airlines Foundation, our mission is twofold: to create a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of individuals and communities in need, and contribute to the growth of Singapore’s aviation industry.
OUR PROGRAMMES
The Youth Uplift Programme
Targeted at students from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) colleges, polytechnics, and universities, this programme is designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the aviation industry.
Selected students will receive financial aid for their education for up to four years, develop their personal and professional skills, and receive traineeship opportunities within the SIA Group.
Applications will start in July 2024.
Here’s what to expect
Financial Aid
Bursary of up to $12,000 for a maximum of four years.
Industry Experience
A three- to six-month traineeship with the SIA Group.
Develop Your Skills
With workshops, mentorship, and resources, we help you grow personally and professionally. You will learn to navigate challenges with confidence and build the skills needed to thrive in a career in the aviation industry.
The Youth Outreach Programme
This programme is designed to spark an interest in the aviation industry among upper secondary school and junior college students.
The foundation will work directly with schools to invite students to a five-day hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience with the SIA Group during their school holidays. Participants will get an exclusive look at the Group’s operations and gain insights from the teams behind its success.
